Have no virus but when on the internet,websites load slowly,windows in browser go back and forth are slow,but it only does this when into the computer time about 10 minutes at the start them from there on it goes back and forth from slow to fast but mainly slow,Internet provider say's service is fine,what is the problem?Memory?
