how do i mount my handgun to my rifles picatinny rail?

I want to mount my handgun to my rifles picatinny rail so I can have immediate access to the handgun. Not to shoot it while mounted to the rifle but to be able to remove it from the rifle in 4 seconds and then shoot the gun instead of fiddling with the holster for 10 seconds and then shoot the gun.

Update:

I was exxagurating about 10 seconds lol its its more like 3 seconds to take it from the holster. I thought that if it is a permanent mount to the rifle, the handgun wouldn't cycle. I figured that if I were to mount the gun to the rifle and need to remove it vs putting it in a holster and need to remove it, I would rather I keep my hand on the rifle instead of away from the rifle.

Good god. If it takes you ten bloody seconds to draw, you deserve to get shot up. Christ!!!! And four to pull it off rail??? Jesus. Give all your guns away.

You are in luck. A special mounting system has been developed that allows you to attach almost any pistol holster to a rifle.
