So what is everyone doing for new years?

Personally, I have lost my ID so I'm getting drunk on my own and plan on watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy! Anyone else in a similar boat, or doing something more exciting? :)

Update:

All good answer guys and girls! Shall have to chose in the morning, haven't even got round to watching the first one yet, will start after the new year!

Update 2:

And I watched most of American Gangster last night, was a brilliant film or else I would have stuck it on tonight instead!

I'm home from work, changed into comfy sweats, drinking beer, my husband is napping on the couch so he can be up for watching the ball drop at midnight, and then we walk outside to see some meager fireworks that the city puts on for 15 minutes.

I just know that we're relaxing, and enjoying every minute of it and I don't have to work for the next two days!

    Yeah!

    I am in that boat!

I am watching American Gangster on tv, and listening to Sense fm .

I don't think I could survive the whole trilogy, maybe the first one, but surely there is better films out there for NYE?

    Working in the ER!

Holiday pay is da bomb, on the night shift (if I get the whole shift, 12 hours), I make $75/hour for holiday pay, so thats $900!!!

I work all the holidays... It's just SOOO monetarily worth it!
