how will the dr. remove this needle from my foot?

I steepedd on something 2 weeks ago in my spare room. I thought it was nothing well I ended up going in on Thur. Well they took an x-ray and there is a needle in my foot. A sewing needle. I want to know how the foot dr. will remove it on Tuesday. Thanks.

    Local anesthetic, cut across the skin to expose the needle, tweezers to pull the needle out. Broad spectrum antibiotic applied to wound, one or two tiny soluble stiches to close the cut, dressing . Done

    i have no idea. i'm sorry for what happen to you. probably some podiatrist will do it, if it doesn't work, probably an operation.
