What are the condition for bearing witness by women as mentioned in Bible and Quran.?
Quran has instructed the believers dealing in financial transactions to get two male witnesses or
one male and two females (Quran 2:282). However, Quran in other situations accepts the testimony of a woman as equal to that of a man. It is said that women were not allowed to bear witness in early Jewish society. The Rabbis counted women's not being able to bear witness among the nine curses inflicted upon all women because of the Fall . Is it true that women in today's Israel are not allowed to give evidence in Rabbinical courts. The Rabbis justify why women cannot bear witness by citing Genesis 18:9-16 , where it is stated that Sara, Abraham's wife had lied. The Rabbis use this incident as evidence that women are unqualified to bear witness. It is also said that in the Christian West, both ecclesiastical and civil law debarred women from giving testimony until late last century.

The Quran lays out laws for this, which improved the situation of women at that time and yes only recently has Western law made testimony equal, but in perspective, women in those days were much different to women now, they werent as exposed to society and were more likely to have heard gossip than actually have seen anything.

To dig deeper for your answers, you need to learn and understand (or if you already know this fact, don't try to trick others by chunking out the Qur'an) that there is actually a timeline for all of the suras in the Qur'an. Though the Qur'an is not set up in a historical timeline, there is an "inside" understanding that parts of the Qur'an which were "revealed" in the "Medinan period" and the "Meccan period". Parts of the Qur'an and Hadiths have verses which are understood by Muslims and those who understand Islam more deeply, which are considered to overrule verses which come before them. Present day treatment of women, especially in Middle Eastern cultures, some of which came to the UK, the USA, etc. with their followers, reveals that even if the Qur'an gives women a variety of "rights", they are still stoned or killed in "honor killings" and it all can be done with nothing more than an accusation, lie or not. One example: "The Stoning of Soraya M." is a good movie representative of this point.
In Orthodox Judaism, women are still treated with very little respect and there are actions that are being taken nowadays that are trying to fundamentalize Judaism to things like forcing a woman to cross the street away from a temple so as not to walk on the same side of the street as the temple. In Christianity, particularly those who followed Paul's teachings instead of those of Jesus, 1 Corinthians, Chapter 11, women are less than men and the right wing Catholics are trying to get back to that. Case in point: EWTN and crew.

By The Word and Will of God no such differentiation exists today ...... the Rabbinical courts have no jurisdiction over those of The True Church.... and only those of The True Church are going to enter Heaven...... All who come to God in The Way He prescribes receive the same judgment and rewards based upon their lives.... male or female
those being deceived by islam will not be found in Heaven......

So one woman lied - that makes all of them liars?
So one woman sinned - that makes all of the sinners?
So one woman walked out of the house with no male with her.......that makes her a sinner?
So one woman walked out of the house modestly dressed but with no burqa- that makes her a sinner?
Even if you read the Quaran it tells you nothing of what real life is like for these women who do not even realize they are being persecuted for their gender....
