Battery Draining 0.62 please help?

I have a 2000 ford windstar 3.8. I also have a battery drain. It was tested and told that I need to test with a multimeter and start pulling fuses.

I took my multimeter after waiting 30 minutes for the vans computer to go to sleep. Its reading 0.62. Now someone told me that my vehicle will use .30 when sleeping. Anything higher is a drain. My question today is , Is this correct? and where do i find out this information. I've been getting mixed opinions. I know there will be some draw going on,but not sure how much. The van is factory. Nothing installed. We don't drive it alot. don't use the radio. Anyone with knowledge on this topic please help me out. Thank You!

Update:

I also checked all interior lights and doors. I then turned the interior light switch off, no hood light on van. Started car early this morning while it was dark. I noticed my lights dimming when rolling up the windows. This is my 3rd new battery since june 2011

What I would reccomend is going to a shop and asking for an avr test, aka a test of your entire charging system. Here in Alberta, Canada that test will run you about $60. That price will fluctuate around north America depending on the shops shop rate. Anyway, they are going to tell you flat out what's wrong. For right now I would say it's your battery that needs to be replaced, based on the info you gave me.

There is more then the computer that draws current when your car is off so don't be too concerned about how much is being pulled and concentrate on what is doing the drain. You have connected the multimeter up now do what was suggested and start pulling fuses. That is the only way to find out what is causing your problem. In your checking don't forget to disconnect the big wire going to the alternator that can be your draw.
