Physics Help: When dealing with Work and constant velocity...?

For Work = Force * Displacement: Does having constant velocity mean that Work = 0 because constant velocity means that acceleration is 0 and therefore Force= 0?

    Work = Force * Displacement

    Work = 0 in the situation you described only if Force = 0, such as force acting on an object on frictionless, level ground.

    If force is applied, such as force to overcome gravity or friction, then work will be > 0, even when velocity is constant.
