More voter registration, more Get Out the Vote efforts, more early voting, etc.

You mean in 2008 when Republicans mailed letters to college students telling them they couldn't vote in their college town - a blatant lie?
You mean like when they mailed letters to legal immigrant/citizens telling them their status would be changed if they voted Democrat.
