Xbobx live mic problem?
So i have a nice set of turtle beaches and they work great. My problem is i can't hear certian people talk. For some reason they have to be on my friends list so i can speak to them, and no i do not have the family settings on. Does anyone knnow why i cant communicate with them?

If your account has your age as less than 13, then it won't let you talk. Also, it is possible that another account has parental control over yours. If not, then the other people might have family settings on.

If parental settings are on you can only communicate with people on your friends lists.
