Yahoo Aswers does not have a Pakistan section, you should post this question on the Indian Yahoo Questions site. Also quote the date of bith.
Have you thought of putting a advert in the local newspaper? To ask the local registry office (In Europe, they would not help you but Pakistan is different, so enquire about what is possible)
Look on facebook, but some places in Pak may not all have Internet access.
