The mild/warm winter in the UK proves that global warming is untrue? Right?
The mild winter weather in the UK must prove global warming to be fake. Because for the last three winters we have had record cold temperatures, now the warmers argued that this was because of global warming, some nonsensical argument appeared about it being so warm in the arctic that it made the UK cold, and we heard the warmers stating that not every where would get warmer, some places would get colder and the UK was one of them. Now this year it's very mild so by warmer logic all predictions and assumptions beforehand must be moot. By their own logic gw must be false. Do the warmers agree with this? Or are we changing the goalposts again and now stating that winters will be milder? I understand that 'believers' faithfully support this theory but surely even the most devout follower should feel a bit uneasy about the constant change of direction in this religion.

So it's just an anomaly in a long term trend,but surely snow was said to be going to be a rare event by now.
So it's the NAO and the Gulf stream/North Atlantic drift doing the work is it/ But isn't that another way of saying that co2 has virtually no influence compared to these other factors, cause that what you seem to be saying.

Yeah sometimes it's difficult to know which end the words out of a warmer come out of. You should realise by now that no matter what happens these brainwashed loons will claim it's agw. They don't realise the harm they do, talk about putting their own necks in the New World Order noose.

Climate change or the misnomer "global warming" is a long term trend over decades and more, not proven or disproven by a single or handful of isolated events. The long term trend is indeed that global average temperatures are rising.
One swallow does not make a summer.

It is strange what weather we have had all this winter; no cold at all; but the ways are dusty, and the flyes fly up and down, and the rose-bushes are full of leaves, such a time of the year as was never known in this world before here.

Incorrect.
The North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) is in a positive phase. This happens every few years.

i thought the fact that last year we had the coldest winter in ages and this year it's really mild is a sign that global warming is messing up the seasons and stuff. im so uneducated on this topic i shouldn't be answering but hey

Not really, it can be seen as evidence for precisely the opposite, but that's not conclusive either.
