Why do I keep getting this nightmare?

Idk why I get this dream,That there is a ghost or something like that she captures all my friends from school puts like this shock collars on us so that we don't try to escape and its all in my backyard witch make me feel weird it's kinda like a prison as soon as she leaves we plan to escape and all are hands are tied and everything idk I just woke up sorry if this doesn't make sense or you dont even want to answer it idk why i'm asking it but I keep having it I get scared nd i'm 15!

Update:

I really don't know I guess I shouldn't worry about it but my heart was beating like crazy idk why I get super freaked out by this nightmare,Idk why I really don't see scary movies not really into them I just woke up from that dream so I just wanted to ask.

Update 2:

Forgot to say that I escaped though went to my friends house don't know why but yeah her father untied me nd took the stupid shock collar away nd then I woke up like rite now.

Update 3:

John maybe I had a dream to but not a nightmare I was just falling to the ground but never hit the ground just kept falling till I waked up I had weird dreams/nightmare but this one is the creepiest one ever.

    reoccurring night mares are often something that you have to work through. you might not ever figure it out consciously.when I was young I had reoccurring falling nightmares until I let myself hit(I still don't know what I was supposed to work through)
