What is your favorite thing to eat?

I'm looking for healthy idea's to change my eating habits. I live in the country and have mainly been a meat eater all my life. I used to joke that I only eat food that used to walk around on four legs and said moo. But I'm almost 39 years old now, and I know eating red meat is catching up with me and I want to be around for awhile longer.

My problem is I really don't know what is good to eat and need some idea's. I'm open to trying most anything now days, just as long as it doesn't involve sea food.

    Chicken stir fry & chicken fajitas are GREAT meals. They have vegetables & protein from the chicken. When I make fajita stuff, I don't even use tortillas, honestly (if you wanted to use a tortilla, use a whole wheat tortilla). I mix a tiny bit of plain yogurt (in place of sour cream) & a sprinkle of cheddar cheese & eat it with a fork.

    Sirt fry, I use peppers, onions, celery, sometimes mushrooms & I make the sauce with Splenda (I don't use a lot of sugar), cornstarch & soy sauce. Pour it over at the last minute in the pan, bring to a boil until its thick & serve over brown rice.

    Well I was raised on only fresh cooked meals which barely have oil in it we eat food that has very few amounts of calaories and if we ever think of eating out it would only on week ends, I suggest you start eating what your body needs from minerals vitamins etc... You can contact a doctor on what foods would do great for you.

    William Maxwell Aitken and eggs, yummmmm! i do no longer eat breakfast on a daily basis with the help of how, yet I continually fancy a cooked breakfast! The Spar around the corner do the William Maxwell Aitken in basic terms precise, crispy! yet they do no longer do eggs!

    I can say my choice. my choice is vegetable rice, meet & other variety of food
