The Latter Day Saints (Mormons) say that Jesus created everything in our universe, and happily quote John 1:1-3 in the Bible to support this; "In the beginning was the Word [Jesus, in his pre-earthly state] and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made." That is stated in their booklet "What The Mormons Think of Christ" page 13.
That makes Jesus the creator (or, 'father') of Lucifer, who became the devil, because Lucifer was made (i.e. created).
However, they also say that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers. That's in their own booklet, "Your Pre-Earth Life" pp 7-9, where Jesus and Lucifer are described as spirit children of the Father who present their different plans of salvation, and Jesus' plan is accepted.
I think the Mormons have some explaining to do. Jesus cannot be Lucifer's brother if he is Lucifer's creator. I suspect the Mormons have more than one Creator God.
The Bible is perfectly clear in stating that there is only one Creator God, who created all things. And Jesus is identified in that one God, in John 1:1-3, as the Word of God.

Lucifer was a created being and was not born like you and I. His maker is the God of Creation. but iniquity was found in him, the Bible says that this is a great mystery. As Lucifer was created perfect in every way with great beauty. He was also a master musician. After iniquity was found in him and he would not repent God exiled him from heaven. He then became known as Satan, which means adversary.

Satan was an angel of God, before he became the Devil. He was never a human being, and thus did not have parents. He was not born, but created by God.

Hi! I'm a pastor. Lucifer was an angel. Angels are not born. They are created directly by God.

He doesn't have any because he is not physical, he is spiritual. His Maker is God, but Lucifer decided that he would do evil rather than serve God.

Just as God made us all in his likeness, satan too is made by God. Spirit , Soul, as it is called.
God has a plan, and satan is fulfilling this plan.
