Worried about fibre loss from tampon?
Hi. Today I put in a tampon (closer to end of period). Took it out after 6 hours and noticed that it all came our expect the little pieces of fibres on top. It's like it tried to open up and when I took it out, it left a few fibres inside I guess, since when I took it out I see there are little fibres going toward the top (and more that have been left inside?)
Question: I obviously can't get them out. It's not a part of a tampon... Just small little thin lining thingies... What do I do?
Thank you.

perfectly harmless ,take a bath if you are worried, but it will come out on its own as the vagina is self cleaning

They’ll eventually work themselves out . Don’t worry about it. Do use another brand of tampons, though.
