No, he against the war on drugs as it costs millions, does nothing beyond empowering drug cartels to counter Law Enforcement.

As a doctor, he wants to treat drug addictions like alcoholism. A disease that needs to be treated and not by throwing people into prison for some harmless pot use.

No addictions = no drugs to sell. Kinda simple isn't?

This was raised as a concern for his stance back in 1988. People thought "omg! he wants to sell drugs to our children!" Unfortunately many people haven't evolved since then.

He values your choice. You do have a right to be stupid, so if you want to use heroin, its your choice.

This is the simple minded thinking of most Americans and a probable reason why we don't deserve Dr Paul.

Dr Paul is pro-LIBERTY. He does not believe anyone should use drugs but he doesn't believe it's anyone else's right to restrict you from doing so.

It's pretty phucking simple actually and amazing that people can't understand it.

He's not my choice, but I will be honest about what I've learned about this subject in my research. He believes under the Constitution, it is not Congress Job to make Federal laws regulating drugs. He believes that is up to each State to decide. He says 'there is no Federal law prohibiting murder, but I'm not pro murder'. He does believe some AIDS patients, cancer patients etc. do benefit from the use of Marijuana. Basically, he wants drugs to be a STATE issue, not a Federal one.

No, he's pro-individual liberty (unlike most Republicans). He doesn't believe a government has a right to tell you what you can or cannot put into your own body.

No. He's pro-freedom and liberty and anti-big government. Telling people they can't put a substance in their body is anti-freedom and is not up to the government.

"pro drugs" just means he isn't willing to put a ban on such a thing. Giving government power over our daily lives and letting them tell us what we can and cannot do is dangerous business.

Pro drugs? No. He has said it himself that drugs are unhealthy and he would never use them.

Pro freedom for other people to do whatever they want to their bodies so long as it does not infringe upon the rights of others? Certainly.

Ron Paul is crazy, he proposed a bill a few years back that would allow guns on school property. WTH? What would the purpose of that be? It would not surprise me if he was pro drugs as well, although he probably has not openly admitted it. Sorry I could not directly answer your question, just throwing that out there.

No, he's against the futile war on drugs that has wasted billions, ruined lives and enriched dealers.
