Wondering if I really need a laptop anymore?
I can search the internet and do e-mail/facebook/etc. on my Samsung Galaxy II Note phone. However, I still need to type documents, print off documents, print stuff off from the internet. Not sure I can do this with my phone? Trying to figure out the best fit technology-wise. Ideas?

I've heard this but didn't know if it was true. Just planted one and would like it to flourish.

We have one lilac tree that is blooming like the dickens and two others that look like they're just hobbling along. We're in a semi arid region. Ideas on how to save the struggling lilac bushes?

4 AnswersElections9 years agoWhat were your favorite moments in tonight's debate?
I LOVED how Ron Paul stuck with the issues and refused to get dragged into the mud even when Wolff invited him to jump in.

6 AnswersElections9 years agoObama says the middle class is vanishing and we must save it?
This is obviously a top priority for him. What has he done over the past four years to save the middle class?
2 AnswersElections9 years agoWhat has Obama done to save the middle class?
Obama has started campaigning and his big thing is how we have to save the middle class. He's been in charge for 4 years now. Are you better off than you were four years ago?
Here's an article on how Obama's policies have hurt the middle class: http://bit.ly/xll41d
Obama uses an interventionist policy.
Here's an excerpt from the article: "Health-care interventionism distorts the price mechanism that allows doctors and patients to negotiate the costs of various treatments. More interventionism inevitably results in an increase in health-care costs, which in turn means fewer people who can afford private health insurance. Interventionists then decide that we need more regulation. This is the vicious circle of regulation. As Mises explained, when regulations make problems worse, more regulations are passed to make up for the harm caused. Interventionists typically capitalize on perceived market failures, and then deceive an unsuspecting public into believing in the inadequacy of the market and pressing for more regulation."
Do you think Obama has hurt the middle class or is he helping it - and how?
1 AnswerElections9 years agoIs Ron Paul's foreign policy brilliant?
Ron Paul believes that if you hit someone they'll want to hit you back. Pretty simple. This is based on CIA research on "blow back."
Regarding Bin Laden, he thinks we should have gone in immediately and gotten him instead of invading Iraq. How is that crazy?
And he feels that it's best if we build relationships with other countries instead of policing them.
What do you think of his foreign policy?
9 AnswersElections9 years agoRepublicans are considered cold-hearted?
How is it cold hearted to say - "I'll help you if you're willing to help yourself" and then provide a hand up so they can make their own decisions about what they want and need?
Isn't THAT being kind? Isn't it less compassionate to keep providing just enough of what you think people need for basic survival and keeping them stuck there for generations?
8 AnswersElections9 years agoHow, precisely, are Ron Paul's ideas radical and impractical?
I keep hearing this and people back it up with name-calling. Before I vote for him, I want to know which ideas of his are radical/impractical and what the fears are about where those ideas - if implemented - would lead.
20 AnswersElections9 years agoWhat are the pros and cons of the different presidential nominees?
Mitt Romney created “RomneyCare” which was a dismal failure and yet served as the model for “ObamaCare.” He was for the $700 BILLION TARP bailout and he flip-flops on every core conservative issue depending on who he's talking to.
Newt Gingrich supported TARP and Nancy Pelosi’s radical “global warming” agenda and he raked in $1.6 million from Freddie Mac which kept the housing bubble expanding and brought us to where we are today.
Rick Santorum supports forced unionism, he voted to DOUBLE the federal Department of Education, and endorsed and campaigned for RINOs like Arlen Specter. He also supports Medicare Part D which adds $16 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities.
Ron Paul seems great - no undeclared wars, return power to the states and the free market, remove the reason people come here illegally - and he's an economic scholar - but everyone keeps saying he's unelectable.
4 AnswersElections9 years agoRon Paul vs. Jon Huntsman?
I'm watching the debates and I am a HUGE Ron Paul fan. But I gotta say I'm really liking Huntsman too. Can anyone shed some light on pros and cons of each?
10 AnswersElections9 years agoWhat's the cure for health care?
In our current system which focuses on HMO's or Medicare/Medicaid we're losing good doctors and prices are out of control.
