What does my dream mean?

I had a dream a couple of nights ago about me being a surrogate mother/Adoptive mother for an Indian couple (if that is of any significance). This couple was really attractive and extremely ecstatic that I was carrying a child for them. In the dream, I remember feeling very happy that I was having a baby but I kept remembering that it wasn't mine to keep which made me sad. In the dream, I started to have contractions and it was time for labor so the couple took me to the hospital. When we arrived, the hospital resembled a Costco LOL. I would really like to know what this means. Lately, I've been thinking a lot about pregnancy and having babies and would like to have one of my own. Could this tie into my dream?
