anger and bitterness make me more efficient?

...so...when i'm happy and feel blissful...i have a bad memory..i don't care about my priorities..and i become a risk taker......but when i become sad and bitter about an event...i become more calculating....i can do more things ( like reading my math and physics books like a breeze) ...i drive better (less risky that is) ...

sometimes i feel like emotions and specially happy ones hold me back in some ways from achieving my full potential...but at the same time not having them takes a toll on me in the long term.....what do you think....? apathy? or happiness?

I think it would be good to see if you can motivate yourself whilst happy rather than either or - I can do it so its humanly possible and youre a human - YOu can change you dont have to adapt to your own learned peculiariites- Start by trying to find some middle ground and push yourself to achieve whilst being happy about it. Youre only in a rut not this way out for life so dont limit your options/

Anger is a source of energy for movement but you can have anger without the blame its called passion

YOu can be happy or not unhappy and cultivate passion.

I have a similar problem too, on my way home from school quite often I'm really upset and angry, so I walk home really fast and be really efficient, similarly when at school and I'm angry and upset I go to the library and do a buch of homework idkw

Also when everyone is annoying me all I want to do is study and do work when at home. I think that when your happy and blissful we feel content and have no desire to look to the future because we only think about now and how great it is. idk i might be wrong...
