Would you be interested in a show called "Poker Talk"?

On many sports channels and "gaming" channels, you see a lot of hour-long and such shows where professional poker players play poker for big money. But, what if these same poker players played the game while discussing "hot topics," latest stories in the news, celebrity scandals, and headlining stories of personal interest. Sometime in the middle of the game, or if you're starting a second game, they can even have a hot celebrity come on to play a few rounds all the while talking about his latest movie, album, concert tour, etc.

Of course, we'd also have a host to moderate both the poker games and the conversations.

I think this would be a good show to put on networks where televised poker games are featured, to help escape from the boring riff-raff. Most of the time, the players don't feel like talking about much of anything. Is this something you would be interested in?

That seems like an awful idea. A poker show that is more about talking? A poker show is suppose to be about poker. Talking in poker shows is just an added bonus. This idea won't work.... what if you are talking about something and then a big hand comes up. It is just going to create awkwardness and tells. Poker pros don't want to be forced to talk about stuff, especially when playing for high stakes with their own money.

that'd be cool but i find the more conversational i get during a game or tourney the worse i play so i wouldn't expect the game to be up to par with them trying to stay on topic or introduce guests.
