I have very fine straight hair that doesn't hold a set. Is there a?
perm that will give me waves, my hair is fairly short.
Update:
A perm can be given to straighten curly hair, but us with straight hair get perms to get curl, i have had many,but now just want waves.

perms give you chemically straighten hair, if you want waves you can curl your hair
