Santorum is a frothy mix of bigotry and corruption. If that is a modern conservative, so be it.
A classic conservative today is represented by John Huntsman.
I know that he is at the bottom of the pike, but that is only because he isn't crazy enough for the current Republic party.

Political Conservativism has nothing to do with religion. All that's required to be a true Conservative is to adhere to the Constitution and believe in a sound fiscal policy.
