do you guys actually believe that god would tell you to kill someone?

it's possible i've misunderstood......all this time i thought He was saying to TICKLE people.

So you have David who would not Kill saul - even though everything pointed to that he should. Yet he knew God did not want him to. You also have David killing tens of thousands and Goliath. War killing is totally different in the bible than just Murder. God absolutely will tell a person to Kill in war like he did King Saul. Yet he spared King Agag and disobeyed God. God had divinely judged that nation and their king to be DESTROYED and ISRAEL and KING SAUL were his means to do it. We see this repeated through out the Bible in many stories, Moses, Joshua, Samuel, Etc.

Keep in mind these people were FREE from the guilt of the others blood.. they were wicked and God judged them. Now days Soldiers and military are sanctioned "Authorities" . If you are told to Kill you must obey especially in War. Romans 13 ALL AUTHORITY IS SET UP BY GOD- don't listen to people on here who give mere opinions - seek the Bible and what it says. We are in a God's a lover and would never do that kinda feel good culture. God has two parts LOVE AND JUSTICE -

Many people kill and say it's from God, when it probably isn't. But just because God has taken the life of some to save the lives of many doesn't mean he is a bad God. He gave us all our life, and he has every right to take it away if it is in the best interest for his children.

Considering he told a man to kill his child for fear of want Yes. But the man agreed and that showed he had faith in God so god stopped him from killing his son in the end.

Many have murdered in the name of God, and many still do today, so according to what you see some people do one in fact would do that!

No I don't, most people who have had this must have some mental illness. Even if it were God to tell to do that I would deny it.
