Good scanner that doesn't break the bank?

I do a lot of drawings on paper, inked in and colours with pencils. What is a good scanner than will show the drawings at their best?

The ArtworkByMo blogspot gives good info about buying scanners for your artwork. Click on the label TOPIC SCANNING ART to read it.

You don't define what you mean by "good," and you don't tell us how large is your "bank."

I can suggest any number of models under a hundred dollars tha may well be good enough for your purposes. But for all I know, even that may break your bank. I could suggest an entry level drum scanner, but fr all I know, it may be a LOT more than you need, even if you can easily afford two or three times as much.
