you can get a whole amd 6 core kit for $320 then add a good video card.

dude, your budget is 1800? you don't need need to spend half of that much to get a build you're looking for.
shop between global computers and tiger direct. they offer the same stuff, same price, but you have to look at the taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges between both of them to make sure you can get the lowest cost shipped to your state.
