It all depends on the medicine but the package should say if its okay to take with other homeopathy medicine's as well as after eating.

Is it not a strange question from a patient who is taking two Homeopathic medicines and his Doctor fails to tell, when and how to use it? Are you joking with all the viewers? or you wants to see criticism of those for whom Homeopathic medicines are nothing but a delusion of water and water.

Homeopathy is inert, it contains no active ingredients. Its plain water. So it doesn't matter.

I suggest you see a proper doctor for proper medicine - diabetes and high cholesterol can be serious - don't fool around with quackery.
