RHH: Rap/hiphop's underachievers &/or overachivers?

What/who comes to mind when either under or overachievers in rap come to mind?

Underachiever: I always thought of Del the Funkee Homosapien when it comes to this. I thought dude should've been waaay bigger than he reached in his career. His songs sometimes feel as thought they're not well thought out enough to make them better, rhymes are tight but songs don't work a lot of the times.

Overachiever: I'll just throw this one up to get it out of the way, Kanye West. Might not be the "best" rapper, but on every release of his, you can tell he tried to give you his best effort. Tried to "touch the sky" every time.

Name some over & underachievers in RHH..

Update:

lol. Don't sweat it about Blu, I just liked the album cover so it's my image on here, I feel you on thatt

Overachiever: KRS-One, dude has like 20 albums or something. He literally will not quit. I gotta respect it though, he also gets a lot of unwarranted critisim, people say he still uses basic rhyme schemes but i've noticed in his album Survival Skills nearly everything in multi-sylablle rhyming.

Underachiever: Andre 3000. Up until Stankonia he was dilligent but honestly the whole decade of 2000 could have been his year to really become a mainstream legend amongst the new generation but he just couldn't hold it together.

Underachiever: Blu... sorry, but it's true. Blu is one of the dopest rappers of the new generation... so why is it that i've only heard like 3 releases from this dude? not including NoYork which wasn't very good imo. 2 of them were mixtapes... he only released one album that got any kind of hype. and he doesn't appear to be trying to gain new hype. it almost feels like he wants to stay a local artist to me.

Overachiever: i definitely agree with that Kanye West pick.
