BQ: Where is your cycling computer mounted? I recently moved my computer to my handlebar stem, is there a reason why most cyclists have it on top of their handlebars?

What/who comes to mind when either under or overachievers in rap come to mind?

Underachiever: I always thought of Del the Funkee Homosapien when it comes to this. I thought dude should've been waaay bigger than he reached in his career. His songs sometimes feel as thought they're not well thought out enough to make them better, rhymes are tight but songs don't work a lot of the times.

Overachiever: I'll just throw this one up to get it out of the way, Kanye West. Might not be the "best" rapper, but on every release of his, you can tell he tried to give you his best effort. Tried to "touch the sky" every time.

Name some over & underachievers in RHH..

I've been debating over buying a bike from a friend or just buying his wheels. His bike's a million times better than my entry level bike, so I would obviously want to buy it, but it still is expensive, so I've been debating over just buying his wheels.

I know the skill/toughness of the rider is always the key to any race, but between the two items, which is most essential?

I haven't checked them all out yet, still haven't tried Cole's (don't plan too either, too monotone imo) or Evs.

With that said, 9th dropped my favorite, most tracks are gems, and the one's that aren't are good to great. Puts me in an easy/happy mood.

BQ: Anything coming up besides Common & Nas?

1) Will one get you in shape for the other?

2) What's the difference in terms of fitness? (breathing, stamina, strength, cardio, speed, etc.)

3) Is a mountain biker always gonna win on a mountain bike vs a roaddie? or a roddie always win on a road bike vs a mountain biker?

4) Is there a difference between the two races in terms of atmosphere amongst the cyclists? (not in terms of terrain/setting) (relaxed/tense/etc)

5) Any other similarities/differences?

You don't have to be detailed if you don't want to. I loved Phonte's, I liked Blu's & haven't heard Ev's.

But am I right when I say it's not the bike but it's the racer? How much "better" would I be if I had a "good racing bike." And I'm speaking about road racing.

So, haha, bear with me.

Whenever I go on group rides I always need to use the restroom & it's just a quick trip to the urinal to excrete the extra water I had.

My question: Should I take my gloves off for this? Should I keep them on & wash my hands with them on? I always wash my hands in the restroom when not cycling, but to be honest, not on my group rides since I figure I'm already dirty/sweating. So let me know just so I know what to do next time, because I really don't know if what I'm doing is wrong or not...

BQ: Why did eddy merckx move his upper body so much while riding? Isn't that usually unnecessary?

If wanting to upgrade a road bike, what's worth the upgrade and what would have a cyclist better off buying a better bike than getting the upgrade? By accessories I mean any & everything actually, bike racks, water bottles... etc.

This came to mind the other day when I bought a 15 dollar seat to replace my tore up seat. It is way lighter, and more aero than the one that came standard with my bike, & was used very very very little by the previous owner.

BQ: How many cycling suits do you/should you have?

I just bought four of these "sport beans" http://www.sportbeans.com/Default.aspx today out of curiosity mostly. A few cyclists had told me about them at various rides, but I'd never tried them so wanted to see what the hype was about.

I always take my granola bars which work for me on my tough training days, but do you think that for tomorrow's ride I should still take the granolas or should I try my luck with these beans? Anybody tried them before? What do you eat?

BQ: Ever since watching the TDF last year with the infamous chain drop of Schleck's, I've been fearing changing gears while standing up so I always make sure to sit before I shift gears.. Is this necessary or just a rare instance that happened to Andy?

does this data of rising obesity rates go hand in hand with cycling? do they correlate?

bq: could someone like yao Ming have a road bike?

I saw a Bowflex type of commercial, & didn't see any type of lower body workout, & as a devoted cyclist it kind of bugged me. People in the commercial were obviously in shape, but they could have been legless for all we know. Does America not care about the lower body as much as they do the upper body? what about around the world?

BQ: Any funny cycling stories?

I've kept up with it online, but now want to see it on TV.

BQ: My workout routine is work for four days & rest for three. Is that too much rest? They're great workouts on the bike that definitely pay off, but I can't change it right now because of my schedule. But if I could, would cycling 5 times a week be too much?

Would the best place be indoors in an air conditioned area?

I've been riding for two years now, & this past November I bought a Trek 1.2, & I have no complaints about it. I'm pushing hard on it & have definitely advanced as a cyclist.

But I was reading reviews for the bike, & most reviews said that while good as an entry level bike, it would not be recommended for racing.

So what differences would a high quality bike have on my riding.

Could you say I would go a certain amount of km/mph faster? Or is skill more important?
