Can being left or right handed explain why one is larger than the other?

Seems no one has an actual explanation for why what seems to be perfectly normal to not have one. Do you think being more dominant with one side for a long period while growing can have anything to do with it? Yes or no, please include some idea why you think so, could be important (conerns an 18 mo old in size 5 from right club foot and 6-7 on left foot, would be nice knowing whether or not something could actually stunt or stimulate growth, some kind of science behind it). Thanks.

i was born with club foot in both

must have been fairly severe as i had braces on both and corrective shoes

but both my feet are the same size

i've broken and sprained both ankles numerous times

had to have pins put in my right ankle once

there's far too much variability with individual differences to make any blanket statements

    but from what you're saying

my first response would be to ask if there may be another (or more) contending factor

but if one is used more it would develop more

i'm grown now, and consider my ankles much more normal than my brain or behavior
