if you don't have an account to youtube does your view still count?

does it?? or only if your a user??? which is it??? thanks!!

    In the Stats and Data for a video you can see that it counts views from sources other than youtube. It just counts unique views though so you can not get a view more than once from a single device, (except when it's under 300 views)
