If City beat Man Utd today can we say the balance of power has definitely moved in City's favour?

Oddly enough whoever wins a Cup match doesn`t always win the league games.......between two of the same sides....

For instance in 1969-70 Leeds Utd had the better of Chelsea in the League (including a 5-2 win ) but Chelsea beat them in the Cup Final (replay) !!

No if the City owner gets fed up playing with his toy, called Man City.

That phrase is used to cheaply. Arsene Wenger used it in 2002. Any club can have a good season, even Chelsea have done that, it takes years to build a dynasty.

    No.

They have to win 17 more league titles. 4 Champions Leagues and about 9 FA Cups.
