If you cross state lines and you have a warrant or warrants for you're arrest can the cops still come after you?
If so how so?
Also would you need to brake a law first?

Yes they can - the question is "How bad do they want you?" If your warrant is for something like unpaid traffic tickets, they are not going to get real excited and go through a lot of work and expense to track you down, get another state to make the arrest, and then extradite you. If they want you for murder, they'll go through a bit more work.
Generally, what happens is that you make contact through something like a traffic stop and the officer checks for wants and warrants. Your name pops up, and you go to jail. The other jurisdiction is notified, and a decision is made on extradition.

Interstate flight is a Federal violation. So you would be on there hot sheet. Get stoped for a speeding ticket, ask for ID. And if they run it it will show up.
