I do a lot of voting and yes, I do read every answer to a question. You have to read all the answers to ensure that you are choosing the best answer.

Also yes, I have voted no best answer. There are times when the only answers say something like 'google it', 'idk' and an answer that is total rubbish and nothing to do with the question asked.

No, I don't read all answers before voting. To me that would be like cheating. I just read the question and if I believe I can answer it good and correctly to the best of my knowledge, then I answer. Sometimes I need a little help with some information but for that I go to a search engine, mainly Yahoo to find the answers and learn more about it too before giving the answer here.

I will read the answers "after" I finish with my answer just to see what others wrote and sometimes compare but only after mine.

I do not vote "No Best Answer" either. It doesn't really give or take away any points but I rather vote for Best Answer but if not, I just don't vote on that specific one and go to the next topic.

Yes I do read all of them but rarely vote for a No best answer as I think a question should be resolved and it there is a user who is near enough to being acceptable I will accept that.

If all the answers are just crap however I will click No Best Answer

Most of the time I vote for no best answer.

There was reason why the asker did not pick a best answer in the first place. 90% of the time those answers were no help as far as I can see.

I additionally vote greater regularly while i'm not answering the question myself. good day, by using how, that grew to become right into a great question!

It only takes a second to skim them/Sometimes you have no other choice but to vote no best answer. You know you can vote for your own, although its hard to remember whivh questions you did answer.

  • Absolutely. Generally I read the answers during the time it is up, but I always reread when it is time to select a BA, which is generally very difficult to do.
