Changing the stud in my healed tragus?

I've had my tragus pierced since last July, so like 5 months. I still have the original 14g, 1/2" stud in, but I wanna change it to a smaller size, does anyone know what size would be best? It's completely healed, and I know I need a 14g, I just don't know how long the stud should be cause I don't know what sizes they come in haha. If anyone knows could you help me out please? :) thanks!!

Update:

Thanks @Grassy, but I didn't exactly ask for your opinion on piercings, way to NOT actually answer the question.

I find piercing very unattractive like a Pygmy.
