    giving up smoking was hard for me (at one point I must have smoked 5-20 a day)

    The best thing I found was to pray that just the thought of smoking would make me feel sick and that the cravings themselves would go away - both in general and at the time they would come hassle me.

    Yes actually. I was never really addicted to it though. It was a habit I would have with my boyfriend after meals and so on. I just got tired of it. I do like doing it but I haven't even given it a second thought since I finished the last pack. I did it for quite some time but just decided to get healthier.

    No, I quite January of 2009 !! Still smoke free after 3 years later.

    I chewed cinnamon sticks and cinnamon flavored toothpicks... I now keep a few cinnamon barrel candies in my pocket for moments when I'm bored or stressed.

    I quit smoking in 1994... Its 2012 now and still no smoke... Lol im 17 btw

    I did so last year, first 6 weeks were tough, but nicotine patches def help. Been clean since ;-)
