No, you don't have diabetes, not according to that one test. A post prandial ( 2 hours after eating ) test has to be 11.1 mmol/L ( 200 mg/dl ) or above in order to count as diabetic, a result of 6.5 mmol/L is well within the normal range.
It's amazing that all these Americans don't realize that they are the only country using the mg/dl scale and that 6.5 mmol/L is 117 mg/dl not 65, not 6.5% on the A1C which is 48 mmol/mol on the international scale which the US has promised to switch to. Yanks, she's got 117 mg/dl post-prandial, stop freaking her out by saying she has diabetes which she clearly doesn't.

It's something to think about. Try taking your blood sugar before your meal and then after your meal. 100 is normal. so 65 is just a low blood sugar. a spoon full of icing helps low blood sugar. On the other hand you should get really worried if it goes over 200.
When I first found out I was diabetic My blood sugar was 500 Good thing I was in a hospital!

Yes, but with an a1c below 7 it's unlikely. I'm a diabetic and I'd love to have an a1c that low.
Undiagnosed diabetes usually makes one lose weight, not gain it.
See a doctor.
Edit: Did you mean 65? That's low.
WebMD has excellent information on diabetes.
