Child Support Child support Child support..........?
I have two Children 5&2 I live with my mom until I get on my feet so does my children My mom pays for ALL the bills light/power/water/oil I have FS so I can get us all the food in the house, My children's dad come around .. but he come once or twice out of the week when there with his mom on the weekends he may drop by to see them but when there with me on the weekends I never see him. he has two jobs at least I ask him to get them things which he does, BUT when his car is messed up or a phone bill is late he will tell me he see what he can do and gets half the stuff for them I ask for.. my mom gets them things when HE cant so does his mom and dad.. but here lately Im thinking about Child Support because when they need things i don't like to ask other people once I have child support I CAN get what they need so I DONT HAVE TO wait around on him.. does this sound like I should put him on child support?!? is anyone gone threw this?!?!..

No offense to you but I don't see somewhere in there you talking about what you do to provide (like a job), not saying fella shouldn't pay child support, espcially b/c it is not your mother's responsibility to care for your & his children. He should be paying. So, yes you need to file.

If you have low income, DHR will make him pay child support. DHR is for child support only. There do not deal with visits.He needs to pay child support. You are only getting help sometimes. He has jobs to pay child support. When I was pregnant, the daddy left and did not come back. I was with him for four years. When my son was five months old, I went to DHR. DHR ask him to take a DNA test or pay court cost later if he is the daddy. He took the DNA test. Two weeks before court, he came to me and said that he has bills to pay. I asked what can you afford. He said $125.00 a month. We went to the DA and signed papers. The judge approved and signed it. MY son is four years old and has no daddy. Has daddy has a 14 year old son that does not know that he has a brother. My 18 year old son has a different daddy. His daddy has been in and out of jail. His daddy will not talk to my 18 year old son. My 18 year old son Is an Eagle Scout.S Bowl and honor student. He wants to be a doctor. I have no family to help. I'm all by myself. p.s I would not tell anyone about FS. This person thought I called animal control, I did not. She reported me selling at an flea market one time. I had to go to churches for food for six months before I could reapply.
