Could I have spontaneously ovulated?
Just a few days after my last period was over (a little over a week since the day it started), I started cramping like I normally do when I ovulate. It's pretty common for my ovulation to vary by a couple days, but it's normally still about 2 weeks after the first day of AF. Hubby and I just started a break from TTC #1. I really felt like I ovulated. It was the same cramping (kinda PMS-y with sharp ovary pains). That was about a week ago, and now I'm really, really nauseous and my nipples hurt really bad. Could I have spontaneously ovulated and conceived, or is that really unlikely?

It is very, very unlikely, unless you had a bleed last month while pregnant (which happened to me).
Was your last period very light? Are you getting trickling feelings in your breasts and are they suddenly painful?
I only realised I was pregnant because of the painful feelings in my breasts, and an increased appetite and weight gain. My periods had continued, although they were lighter than usual.
Why don't you simply do what I did, when I suspected I was pregnant, & buy a pregnancy test - & use it?
Problem solved, surely, one way or the other....?
