What does this quote mean? Urgent!?

    I think it means that, when man is determined to get something, they will get it. Thus removing any impossibilities

    for example

    man loves girl

    *determination to win girl kicks in*

    what he thought was impossible confidence now appears

    man gets girl.

    of course it may interpret into something different, I don't know what poem it's from or what the poem is about, but my best guess would be that
