I've been staring at this question for an hour now. If anyone could show me the method used for determining the answer I'd appreciate it.
How many grams of lead are contained in 6.0x10^3 (ten to the 3rd)grams of blood? Lead content is 0.62ppm.

1ppm is equivalent to 0.0001%
So 0.62ppm is 0.000062%
So you need to calculate 0.000062% of 6.0 x 10^3
6.0 x 10^3 is 6000.
So result is 0.000062 x 6000 = 0.372g
