Is there a term for one who is obsessed with collecting books but who does not read most of the books he owns?

Bibliophile implies both reader and collector, but I know someone who is obsessed with the feeling of buying new books but never gets around to reading about 99% of the books he buys. Can he be truly termed a bibliophile?

    Yes he can. If he reads at least a couple of the books
