Ok so I have this HUGE dream of becoming a professional football player. (QB, RB, or TE) I need what ever advice I could get. Websites to visit, magazines to read, exercises, etc. I know it's a big dream, but I'm 13 and I can put all I've got into it. Please help!

Participate in your school's strength and conditioning program every year.. Give 110% on every play in every practice...Get your fundamentals and the techniques of what ever position you will be playing...Be open minded and listen to your coaches and do everything they say and ask you to do. Believe n what they are teaching you...Have a great work ethic...Watch what the successful guys on your team are doing and follow suit...Good luck...

My best advice for you this upcoming (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. Personally, I recommend a calorie intake of 1800-2200, as well as at least one hour of running, per day. If you do these two things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful football player, as well as making it to the NFL in the future.

If you had four years off school they would be that much cleverer than you as well you've just got to catch up it is difficult but if you really want to stick at it take no notice of the flak your pace and skill will pick up quickly giving you more time to control the ball when that starts you'll be on your way.

work out( no weight programs until about the age of 15), do push ups, sit ups, and pull ups and other work out programs that use your weight to work out. also look for P90X its a good program
