Panic Room.
It's not really like the ones you listed, but 3 men break into a house that has recently had people move into it and try to steal what is in the panic room of the house, which the tenants of the house are hiding in whilst monitoring all the thieves are doing. Very captivating movie in my opinion.

there's a 1988 action picture referred to as Busted (with Phil Collins/Julie Walters) this is in keeping with a real tale - it quite is a sturdy action picture. it quite is a comedy/drama action picture. It tells the story of the super prepare theft 1963
