Lost All Shortcuts. Used Advance System Care, Malwarebytes, AVG, with no results. Help?

I scanned with the above software, but they detected nothing out of the ordinary. System notifies me of not having an internet connection also, but I do. Obviously. Any suggestions would help before I take it to the shop for a checkup.
