He is as awful as he appears to be. Sure, we can read in Texas, but many can only read the letter R. That is why little Ricky keeps getting re-elected. They see the letter R and vote for him.

He needs to go back to Austin and resume his duties as governor of Texas. Surely he sees that he has no chance of winning the nomination. Texas probably only has a low literacy rate because many people there only speak Spanish.
