Words with friends help?

I bought words with friends for 99c , I hated it. And now I can't transfer my old account to my new account because every says to make a new password. What does that mean I tried it nothing is working for me it makes me soo mad. I tried transferring it on settings but it said OOPS 2 ERRORS OCCORED: USERNAME AND EMAIL IN USE . I can't transfer my free account to my Paid app. I HATE IT! Can you please answer this because as of right now it would of been like throwing money in the trash and it makes me really sad . Please answer?

    Then, there is no way to transfer free account to that app.. Sorry about this...
