What are some other ways of gaining weight?

I tried gaining muscle through exercises and eating double what I eat and having high in protein things but its not helping and its hard to force myself to eat.

    I suggest you to check with your doctor for a check up because everybody' s metabolism works differently so do that it could work.

To do so, you need to track everything you eat while keeping track of how many calories the food contains.Consume between 5,000 and 8,000 calories per day. The average person should consume less than 2,500 calories per day. However to gain weight quickly you should consume more calories than usual. You may need to slowly build up the amount of food you eat because it may be difficult to consume that many calories, especially if you are doubling or even tripling the normal amount of calories you intake. Eat late at night too and realize that drinks count just as much as food when trying to gain weight. Avoid physical activity too
