The cylinder shaft needs to be re-bored and the cylinder rod needs new piston rings. Staining inside the shaft is normal and does not affect engine performance if you regularly use a gunk cleaner such as CrudOut or CrankLube.

I am sure this is a joke, but if you are talking human anatomy use a water based one, especially if you are using a condom. Oil based lubricants can degrade the latex. Wet is a good one. If NOT human anatomy then WD40 or liquid wrench will do.
