That said even the evil Nazi Party rejected child labor. Are you MORE EVIL than they were by suggesting that we allow child labor to exist in the USA?

Well (I'm an Independent was before a Republican) it's a bit different in the mindset based behind it. You see for the Liberal American Political Thought it's based off of the possibility that the system, once certain of these things are done, will in fact take care of itself so that the government doesn't have control of these things. Whereas in the Nazi party, the mindset was that the government must have control over the people for the greater good of the people regardless of the health of the system.

Take for instance the economic state we're in now. The liberals say that we should broaden and enlarge the entire system of public education as you put it. If we had done this and kept it to a high level of performance then maybe we would have smarter citizens. Smarter citizens would in turn be able to manage finances better, which in turn may have prevented the economic crisis as it was (even with the war). For most liberals it would be at this point that they could step back from certain things and concentrate on others (step back from trying to dictate the market and focus on continuing to uphold the educational standards). But because education slipped in the last decade, the whole country is behind and now a cornerstone of the system has degraded, making the entire system volatile (for its citizens) and unstable (in the global economy), creating a fractured and unsafe country.

What exactly in this quote do you object to? The part about jobs, taking care of the aged, educating children, or improving public health? It sounds an awful lot like the Republican Party platform just as much as it sounds like the Democrats. Wanting to help people doesn't make the Democratic Party like the Nazi's. Perhaps we should talk about the similarities of wanting mass arrests and deportation of "illegals," the legal discrimination of U.S. citizens because of their race, national origin, or sexual preference, and the belief in political and religious fairy tales rather then actual science. Political parties that advocate such things are much closer to the Nazi's then anything you've pointed out.
