What channel should my Panasonic TV be on?

The channel was accidentally changed on my TV and now I cannot watch movies or use the Xbox. It says "Channel not available (no signal)." Help?

Update:

We don't have cable or satellite. This TV is only hooked up to the Xbox, for games and movies.

    It's modulated to either 3 or 4. If that doesn't work follow the w\ires to the back of the TV and see which input its hooked into.

    Maybe Channel 3. Or go through the Video 1, Video 2, etc inputs. Give each one about a second or so to lock in.
